EHS (Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity)
EHS is growing day by day as we expose our selves to more waves in more places. Can you even find a restaurant these days that doesn't have wifi? Can you go to a park that doesn't have a cell tower near by? This page is dedicated to people that have developed this sensitivity (intolerance) and the healing things they do to help themselves in this wave happy world we live in.
Vacation syndrome?![]() Michaela C. Lakeside, CA 5/2015
I was diagnosed with EHS after visiting Kauai in the spring of 2015. All my symptoms of fatigue, brain fog and food allergies went away while there. I thought I cured myself by the end of 12 days. Within 3 days of returning to San Diego, my symptoms began to come back. By 10 days I was as tired and brain fogged as before I left. Again not able to get to 2:00pm without laying down for 5-6 hours. This is no way to be productive, so... I went to my integrative doctor to find out how much was psychological and how much biological. My doctor suggested that I was EHS (as San Digeo is in the top 3 cities with highest electro smog in the world plus has poor air quality vs. Kauai with very little radio signals and super clean air). It also helped that I was grounding every day there; either in the ocean, on the sand or in the muddy earth while on a hike. I asked him to prove it as I knew it would be a hard sell to my partner who is an engineer. We did an ITAMAR test where we monitored my capillary heart response to exposure to a smart phone. I was blind folded and had ear plugs to not allow my mind to interfere with the results. What we found was that I had heart stress every time the cell phone came out of airplane mode and/or was used to make a call. Both of which transmit RF. This would explain my high cortisol levels! We conducted this experiment in a room painted with graphite paint which blocks RF from outside sources. Things that help me:

Light & EMr Sensitivities![]() Jim M. -La Mesa, CA 3/2016
I had intended to work as a chemist until 2020. Instead I retired in 2005 because I realized fluorescent lights were causing my epileptic seizers. In the early 80’s my lab began to use computers where I was instructed to prepare my weekly report on Fridays. I noted extreme fatigue and loss of brain function, especially on Friday evenings. Solution: not to work on a computer for over an hour at a time. Then in the 90’s, I began having micro-seizures up to 20 times a day when using a computer under fluorescent lighting, but no ill effects on my home computer (without the lights). Circa 2009, I was walking near a mall, stopped at a traffic light when I felt a seizer beginning. I turned an saw a man with his cell phone pointed right at my head about 2 ft away. Then another time in 2011, at the dentist, while in a happy mood, singing, I felt the lady behind me hit my head. As I turned to confront her, she was doing nothing but looking at her cell phone. It felt as if egg beaters entered each of my eyes and scrambled my brain. I staggered outside to recover. Flash bulbs from cameras will do the same thing, I found out in 2015. As cell phones, wifi and smart meters became more prevalent, my seizers became worse with alzheimer’s symptoms mixed in. With more powerful cell phones, I had t stay at home more and more, until a Doctor gave me a shielding hat that blocked EMF/RF. Since then I’ve had zero seizers as long as I don’t go to venus with loads of people all using their phones and snapping pictures. That’s still too much for me. I recently purchased earth-fi’s lab coat and scarf and went to a meeting that had wifi and many people from 9am-3pm with no problem! Before, I wouldn’t have lasted an hour before disintegrating! Some things that have helped me:
