Return Policy
You have 15 days to decide if you like any physical product you purchased with us. We offer 15 days for you to see if the item fits or to learn to operate your item.
To make a return, please get a return approval within the 15 day period by emailing us at eartfi@earthfi.com. Your return must be post marked within this 15 day window and returned in sellable condition. Earth-fi reserve the right to determine if an item is returned in good order before refunding purchase amount. We do this so there is no wear and tear as these products are expensive to produce.
All ebooks/videos are non-refundable. If you have trouble downloading, please contact us to help fix the problem.
